Willoughby Hills Evangelical Friends Church, Willoughby Hills, Ohio (near Cleveland)

Way Early Registration is $68 if registration is postmarked by September 12.
Early-Bird Registration is $78 if registration is postmarked by October 3.
Regular Registration is $85 (Registration postmarked after October 3, 2003.)
Prices include meals and admission to all events for the whole weekend.

Full payment is required with registration. Make sure your registration is filled out completely and legibly. Don't forget to have your parent's fill out the Parental Release section. Incomplete registrations will not be processed. Register early and save!
