The Children's Advocacy Center of South Arkansas is an independent nonprofit serving Union and Columbia Counties. Originally founded in 1996 as The 13th South Judicial District CASA, the Children's Advocacy Center of South Arkansas oversees both the Children's Advocacy Center and 13th South Judicial District CASA. The two programs work side by side to provide coordinated guidance, treatment and support for child victims of abuse and neglect, from the initial investigation of abuse to their placement in a safe, permanent home.
