Underappreciated, overworked, and underpaid… the motto for a crew member on a feature film. At times, I’m sure you all felt that way.

Sugar Creek was a labor of love for me… three years on a couch, raising money, looking to achieve a dream that people told me was impossible. What I didn’t expect, was how many of you would make it a labor of love for you. Everyone from pre to post, grip to musician, without exception, gave everything they could, and rarely complained.

I am so lucky to have worked with you, and I say “work” as if it ever was.

I wanted you all to know… You are so appreciated. Without you I could never have made this movie, and this movie would never have the quality that it does, not without your talents, your dedication, and your willingness to jump off the cliff with me.
